15m³ LCO2 Cryogenic Storage Tank

Overview

Our cryogenic LCO2 storage tanks, available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, are designed with a double-layer structure comprising an inner and outer vessel. This design ensures superior insulation and durability. The inner vessel is crafted from low-temperature plate materials such as 16MnDR or SS30408, while the outer vessel can be made from Q345R or SS30408, depending on the specific requirements. The surface of the tank is treated with a robust anti-corrosive coating, achieved through sandblasting, purging, and spraying processes, followed by the application of a two-component fast-curing liquid coating. These tanks are primarily used for the storage of cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide and are widely utilized in various industries, including gas, anti-corrosion, refrigeration, food and beverage, welding, and metal refining. They are the ideal solution for centralized gas supply systems, ensuring efficient and reliable gas management.

Product Information

The cryogenic storage tank is equipped with liquid inlet pipelines at both the top and bottom, facilitating the unloading and filling of differential pressure and cryogenic liquid pumps. A double safety valve (or bursting disc) is integrated to discharge excess pressure, safeguarding the inner container. The vacuum pipeline is designed to ensure the insulation performance of the interlayer, and the explosion-proof device of the shell can release gas in case of a leak, preventing serious damage and ensuring safety. These tanks offer large storage capacity, low evaporation rates, and high reliability.

Tank Structure and Operation

The cryogenic storage tank and supercharger are integrated components that enable the supply of liquid or gas without the need for external power, ensuring the purity of the discharged liquid or gas. The tanks are equipped with a pressure conditioning installation, allowing users to adjust the conditioning valve (T) to achieve the desired pressure for liquid discharge. This ensures stable pressure and convenient operation. Additionally, the tanks feature a liquid filling joint for tank cars, facilitating the transfer of liquid to vaporizers and tank cars.
