Product Introduction
The physical properties of liquid carbon dioxide and liquid oxygen vary. In general, the storage temperature of the liquid carbon dioxide tank is -20 ℃ and the liquid oxygen temperature is -186 ℃. The same is that they are both insulated storage tanks with PU insulation or double layer vacuum insulation. However, the internal material requirements of carbon dioxide storage tanks are not as high as those of oxygen storage tanks. After all, the temperature is not as low as liquid oxygen. The other is design printing. The design pressure of the carbon dioxide tanker is generally 2.0-2.5 Mp and the liquid oxygen tank is generally 0.8-1.6 Mp.

Most manufacturers of low temperature pressure vessels nowadays range from 0.9 to 0.95. You can also opt for this method. The lower the fill factor, the larger the gas phase space, which is relatively safe. However, to achieve a fixed active volume, the geometric volume is larger and the material consumption is slightly higher.

When spraying the carbon dioxide tank, the environment should be the most important environment. The temperature of the paint structure in the environment should not exceed 5 degrees and the humidity should not exceed 85%. Outdoor structures are prohibited in rain, snow, fog and strong wind. Construction is not allowed if there is crystallization on the skin surface. It is prohibited to paint films exposed to the sun during the coating and drying process. The surface temperature of the coated parts should not exceed 60 degrees. The construction site should be ventilated and there should be no dust when coating and drying the coating. And other foreign objects fly away.
