1.Description
Cryogenic liquid pump (cryogenic pump) is used in petroleum, air separation and chemical equipment to transport cryogenic liquid (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid hydrocarbon and liquefied natural gas, etc.) special pump.
Its purpose is to transport cryogenic liquids from low-pressure to high-pressure places.

Since the medium of cryogenic liquid pump is cryogenic liquid, the medium should be kept at low temperature in the process of transmission. If more heat is absorbed from the pump, a large amount of cryogenic liquid in the pump will vaporize and produce gas, thus affecting the work of the pump.

1.Description
The YQB series of liquefied petroleum gas pumps produced by our factory are mainly used to transport liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, methyl chloride, ethylene oxide, propane, propylene, butadiene, isobutylene, methanol and other olatile liquids with similar properties. And petroleum products, especially for LPG loading and unloading trucks, cylinder filling, workshop feeding and other work places. The pump is a volumetric vane pump with advanced structure.The stator curved surface is composed of a composite curve. The two ends are mechanically scaled. The fixed-fit end faces are all made of "O"-type sealing ring. The rotating moving parts are made of metal corresponding non-metal. It has the function of safe and reliable use and multi-purposeuse.
2.Work Principle
The pump type is a positive displacement vane pump, the work is driven by the blade centrifugal sliding, the flow rate is related to the rotational speed of the shaft, the inner curved surface of the stator is made of a composite curve, and the stator and the rotor, the baffle and the vane are composed of ten sealed cavities, because the stator curved surface is The compound curve, when the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber gradually increases, and a negative pressure is generated to generate suction, thereby sucking the oil. When the rotor rotates at a certain angle, the volume section is gradually reduced, thereby hydraulically discharging the oil, in the oil suction chamber and An oil block is placed between the oil pressure chamber to separate the oil suction chamber from the oil pressure chamber. The blade is closely attached to the inner curved surface of the stator by centrifugal force and two baffle structures, so that the pump works normally under the rated condition.
