The anti-corrosive treatment involves processes such as sandblasting, rust removal, purging, and spraying, culminating in the application of two sets of fast-curing liquid coatings. Both containers are insulated with pearl sand and vacuum sealed, with options for vertical or horizontal configurations.

Maintenance Guidelines:The interior of the low-temperature liquid carbon dioxide storage tank should undergo annual cleaning to avert tank wall corrosion. Prior to cleaning, liquid nitrogen should be evacuated from the tank, allowing it to sit indoors for 2 to 3 days. After reaching room temperature, clean with a neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly with fresh water, and ensure complete drying. The temperature of the cleaning agent and rinse water should not exceed 40°C to avoid impairing tank performance. Transportation and opening of cryogenic storage tanks should be minimized; if transport is necessary, secure the tank upright in the vehicle with ropes to prevent falling, tipping, or excessive vibration.
