Cryogenic Dewar Tank

Product Description

Dewar is a stainless steel pressure vessel with super vacuum insulation, designed for storage, transportation and use of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon or carbon dioxide. These containers are manufactured according to the DOT4L standard for reliable and economical transportation and storage of low-temperature liquid gas, and in-situ storage and supply of low-temperature liquid gas in a wide range of applications. Due to the sturdiness and reliability of the Dewar tank, its long holding time, and its own gas supply system, the built-in carburetor can continuously output normal temperature gas (oxygen, nitrogen, argon) with a flow rate of up to 9.2m3 / h, and the gas ** constant output pressure reaches 1.2MPa (medium pressure type) / 2.2 MPa (high pressure type), fully meet the gas requirements under normal circumstances. If the user has a large gas flow, multiple Dewars can be connected in parallel or an external carburetor can be installed to meet the gas supply requirements. By installing an external carburetor, the output flow of a single Dewar can reach 30m3 / h.

Advantages :

Direct gas supply on the job site, its use is similar to compressed gas cylinders;

◆ Small and simple pipeline centralized gassupply;

◆ Cryogenic liquid use, etc.

The advantages of Dewar:

◆ Low storage pressure, multi-level safety protection device, better safety, and simple and reliable operation.

◆ Large storage capacity, the storage capacity of one DP175 gas cylinder is equivalent to nearly 30 gas cylinders (oxygen, nitrogen, argon).

◆ The bottle body is clean, and the purity of the supplied gas is higher.Because it is a direct vaporization supply of liquid gas, it avoids the quality hazards caused by secondary pollution due to many links in the process of filling, transporting and using the cylinder gas
